A little bit about me:

 

I am a determined and actively persistent realtor born and raised in Fort Worth Tx to a family of four with multiple half brothers sisters. Sharing maybe just a 3 bed 2 bath with sometimes, cousins, aunts, friends and lol, sometimes IN-LAWS! I am the middle child all the way around; I grew up with a baby sister and a twin...BROTHER!!! So i can assure you, i definitely understand the pressures of having a family and making sure everyone's nicely settled and situated. However the first place to start in finding that good peace of being able to send them to their room when they're annoying you; is finding the right home!...With those rooms!! The right environment with the right energy that feels secure and safe for you and  your family! With that, i do offer my assistance with the most enthused of motivations, to get you and your family into just that.

 Oh my clients! I just love 'em!!:

I pride myself in making sure that any client of mine has been well taken care of. Whether that's sending you a flow process sheet, that allows you to keep up with each step in the closing of your real estate transaction or sending you updates in your market to keep you informed enough to hopefully give you a better sense of knowing when to get in the market. I work with residential buyers and sellers, rentals/leases, residential/ off market investors and wholesalers.

I love building relationships with my clints! I may send treats and holiday favors/baskets, make funny videos or maybe even get a silly selfie out of ya! Who knows??? One thing about me is; i try to make enough time for my clients as possible!! so i open my mornings  to you and start receiving calls  from: 

Monday-Friday: 9:30am-11:30am 

After Lunch and meetings, I begin answering calls again at

2:00pm-6:30pm

 However, feel free to text me at all times, I will do my very best at being as responsive as   possible! 

Tuesdays: 9:30am-6:30pm 

No breaks in between, I will be accepting clients throughout the entire period.

 

Off Saturday

Sundays: 11:00 am- 6:00pm

 

(Tuesday/ Sundays are typically Farming, event, open house days. )

I will work with you until you find the right home; and help you determine your offer I will negotiate the offer and contract in your best interests.

I will facilitate the home inspection and resolution process

Prepare you for closing and the associated cost.

Finally, i will keep you in the loop at all times, with steady updates on the progress of your transaction.

I will provide accurate CMA's and market analysis sheets, to insure that you are aware of what is happening in your area.
